Visited and bought this at the kona salt farm where it is made, it really does helps with leg cramps. The employee there said you can rub it directly on the area that has the cramp and that works too. Great item to have on hand for random muscle cramps!!

Great way to get your magnesium! This is a wonderful small company that I visited in Hawaii! I think there are 5 people max and they do it all. Their sea salt selection is outstanding and they give you that Aloha welcome. 8 drops in a glass of water helps you get your daily intake. It was a great tour and a wonderful product. I just wish you had the larger bottles. I added some photos from our tour. The magnesium is a byproduct of the sea salt process.

Have been using the Kona Seasalt Magnesium Drops. For couple of months and I think it's working. Haven't been waking up as often in the middle of the night with painful leg cramps. Have to remember to take it 2 times a day, but it seems to be helping!

This magnesium is wonderful for eliminating leg muscle cramps by just rubbing it on the cramp area. Also, I add it to my before bedtime water that I drink, and sleep much better, with rare cramping. The taste isn't very good, but ok with my lemon flavored water.

This is my absolute favorite supplement I take. I'm very selective about water; definitely the person who says water does have a taste. While this doesn't have much of a taste, it adds to water just enough that I no longer like any water without it. I can tell when I run out because I really does help with pain. I have arthritic, deep bone pain that spreads from my hips to my legs. Not when I'm drinking this in my water daily. I've been purchasing it like this monthly. Yesterday I found Kona actually sells 8oz refill jars. Basically by purchasing it that way, I'll get 4 of these for slightly less than I pay for two. So if you're someone who sticks with this, know there's a better way to do it

I have incorporated this at night. I have tried other brands and nothing compares to this! It’s pure deep ocean magnesium. I am getting the best sleep of my life! Highly recommend!
