Do theses fit curvy barbie?

I'm not familiar with the curvy Barbie but I will say this...on the regular Barbie it is a tight fit in the back where the velcro connects in the back and if the curvy Barbie is any bigger in the torso it probably would not fit. There is no stretch or give in these dresses.

Do these fit the elsa and anna dolls from frozen ii ?

They don’t fit 100%. The dresses are more for the barbie dolls. But a small belt around the waist helps to keep it up and my daughter doesn't really mind if the dress is a little too big.
