Does this cleanser remove makeup (including mascara)?

Do NOT use near your eyes. If this gets in your eyes it feels like razors of death attacking your corneas. The company advised me by email not to use for eye makeup removal.

Is this appropriate for washing under facial hair? Or would another product be more fitting?

I don’t have facial hair but this product works good for me.

is this non-comedogenic?

Yes, it’s non-comedogenic. I use it with my Clarisonic. It’s the best cleanser I’ve use so far.

Is this similar to their gentle foaming one that they discontinued?

I never used the foam BUT I have been told it is - I really love the face wash and the repair cream after I wash
