It is 500 mg tables. The dose is two 500 mg tablets. I have used it for a while and night leg cramps are gone!

Q: I have over-stressed my arms from work and I am stating to have muscle cramps in my arms. Will this help with this issue?

My family (ages 93 to 18) has not used it for arm cramps however we can say it works great for leg cramps. I would think a muscle cramp is a muscle cramp no matter where it is located. I hope it helps!
