I purchased the Kosmocare Commode Wheelchair for my sister two months ago, and after regular use, I am sharing my detailed experience. Quality and Build: The quality of this wheelchair is truly impressive. Having tried products from other brands in the same category, I can confidently say Kosmocare stands out with its durability and design. The chair is a bit heavy, but that's expected given the strong and high-quality materials used, which add to its stability and safety. Features: Braking System: One of the highlights is the excellent braking system with brakes provided for both the front and rear wheels, ensuring full control and safety during movement. Easy Patient Transfer: Another wonderful feature is how easy it is to transfer a patient from the bed to the wheelchair. There’s no need to lift or physically strain yourself while transferring the patient, which is a huge relief for caregivers and safer for the patient as well. Areas for Improvement: While the wheelchair itself is excellent, I have a few suggestions for future models: Cushion Design: Although a cushion is provided, it is mainly suitable for outdoor use. It is not ideal for restroom use where sitting for longer periods becomes uncomfortable. It would be very helpful if Kosmocare could provide a water-resistant, restroom-appropriate cushion to make usage more comfortable. Pricing: The wheelchair is priced on the higher side, which may not be affordable for everyone. I request Kosmocare to consider offering more budget-friendly options or revising the price slightly so that more families can benefit from such a good product. After-Sales Service: I also appreciate that Kosmocare provides spare parts like replacement wheels, which helps maintain the wheelchair in the long run without major expenses. This shows good commitment to customer service. Final Verdict: Overall, I am very satisfied with the Kosmocare Commode Wheelchair. Its sturdy build, easy patient transfer, good safety features, and reliable after-sales support make it an excellent choice. With minor improvements like a better cushion for restroom use and slightly more affordable pricing, it would truly be the best in its class.

Please don’t buy this chair. The hydraulic lift and down is not working. I have asked for refund of this item. This is not a good quality product. Please be cautious before ordering such expensive item from this company .

I ordered this chair for my mother who is bedridden. I must say we ordered it at a very right time. This chair has eased or work very much. Lifting and transfer of a bedridden patient is very difficult when there is increasing body stiffness due to Parkinson. She is also very happy 😊 👍🏻. Thank you Kosmocare The only feature that Kosmocare can add is: this chair should be made shower friendly. This will be easy to bathe a patient without transfering on other shower chair or commode.

I bought the product but my patient is in an absolutely immovable condition and is a serious brain stroke case. hence, i was not able to use the product and requested for replacement. I was amazed to see the kind of support these people offered in helping me get it returned and refunded. very good customer service and a good product although, it was not a fit for my requirement. But its a good product for semi conscious patients. Thanks to the team :)

An absolutely amazing product. Trust me if you have a person / patient who is bedriddden or in a case couldn't walk, this is the product for you. Easy to lift patient and transport without the need to patient to stand . I would agree that the product is a bit costly, but been using it since 1 year and hasn't got any sort of damages. (yes some small wear and tear are there and might need a new one in next 1 year) . But this would make your work easy and on the go. Hoping to see some discounted price for the next purchase

I purchased this product for my mom but it is not suitable to handle in small rooms. It required big room kind of places to operate it smoothly. And can't possible to pick the patient from normal bed. Return policy is horrible and seller is not ready to return money. I followed up with 20 times to get back my money. Return should be done from user side and shipping charge is not refundable.

Very good product & very useful for disabled person. Go for it...
