I purchased the Senator Lightweight Checked Bag – Durable Hard Shell Luggage 28” (A10) in May 2025 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After using it for just one trip, the luggage already started falling apart. The decorative pieces on top of the handle came off, which immediately made it look worn and poorly made. For a suitcase that’s supposed to be durable with a hard shell design, I expected much better quality and finishing. Overall, the build quality feels cheap and not built to last. A checked bag—especially a 28-inch suitcase meant for travel—should be able to handle at least a few trips without cosmetic parts detaching. Very disappointed with the durability and would not recommend this product.

Quality material, good value for money

I bought this suitcase in Aug 2024 and after using it twice, the inside lining fabric got torn. In addition to that the zipper for the pocket on the divider just broke. Is there a warranty for this suitcase? If there is who should we contact and what is their contact details. Any assistance will be appreciated.

the case construction is awesome super smooth on the wheels the locking system works well, very big packing space, im very impressed with this product

Very spacious, lightweight and perfect for travel👍👍

Used it for long haul flights and several short flights, wasn’t worried about it getting damaged since I had it as a hand-carry. The case looks good and durable but the trolley bars feels flimsy so be mindful when dragging it in bumps. Also, if you plan on using it as a hand-carry on flights, be reminded that it weights 2.5kg which leaves you with only 3.5kg room. So far, came back from my travels with it still intact after being dragged around airports, rocky roads, and sandy streets
