Q: Does this work better than a traditional noose?

It depends. Are we talking North American moose or the Russian moose? The Russian moose has a higher incidence of injury on the job than the North American due to alcohol related injury, but only just. Because of this disparity, the hawk sports neck harness has a slight edge over the Russian moose. However, when not inclined to binge drinking on the job, very little difference can be noted in the work ethic of either moose subspecies. Edit: Sorry I thought you said moose. My bad.

No it build neck strength. Which is very important especially for fighters/martial artists

Q: Dose it help to rid a double chin?

I don't have a double chin, but the exercises I do helps with tightening the skin around my neck. I do a lot of different exercises so it's hard to tell if the neck harness helps with that. It does help strengthen the neck and is much better than the original neck harness I had for years. This one with the chin strap and adjustable head band stays in place. I only use it for the back of my neck. For the front I lie on the weight bench and put weights on my forehead and do crunches.

Q: Is this product made in the USA?

There is no tag or marking for made in USA, I don’t have the package but I don’t believe it was on the plastic bag. The only marking is on the front like the photo shows. It works fine for lifting and a good neck workout, the only drawback being it only works the back of the neck not the front. You lean over the weight swings as you straighten the neck, I’m using two 10 lb weights. I did try laying out on my bench facing up hanging my head over, with the weight dangling down, it does work the other neck muscles but it’s cumbersome and a little awkward, just have to go slow and reduce the weight.

Needed to order twice to recieve it but worth the wait.

I think i am the first to review this in india. I ordered it 2 times to receive it, the first time i ordered it , it got lost in transit( was refunded) but not informed till the third week. Next time ordered it and got it in 2½ weeks. The product feels sturdy comfortable on head but the neck strap chokes me and thats it.
