This feeder was a frustrating to set up, the developer could have made the feeding portions a lot more simple. For example, my cat gets two half cups of kibbles (Dry food) a day. In the morning, and evening. In order for me to feed her those portions at each feeding, I had to set it up where she's getting 10 feedings a day, because the feeder drops really small portions at a time. The developers could have made it a lot easier, by allowing us to feed based on cup sizes where we could program that, as opposed to tiny little portions of food on each drop, where you end up having to program 10 feedings, just to get a half cupI saw another feeder that allowed you to feed based on cup sizes, but didn't get that one, because it didn't have remote access. I wish I had gotten that one now. I'm giving it 3 stars because it does work remotely when I press feed, but I just got it today so don't know how well it will follow instruction daily. UPDATE **** DOES NOT work with GOOD internet. If you have good internet this product does NOT work. Amazon tech doesn’t know this, I found out the hard way and am now stuck with this piece of junk.7/8/21 Don’t know if the trouble is worth the price. After 15 minutes with Amazon tech support I am returning it, never got it to pair or connect. Trouble shooting is impossible because the app and device have bluetooth and internet connection in one step. Will look for another brand with more reviews.

We use the feeder to give snacks to our cat (e.g. temptations, greenies, etc) and so the smaller size of 1 portion is perfect. She has a gravity feeder for her normal dry food.We have used the auto-feeder when traveling and the remote use works perfectly - I like that it confirms it worked. When home, we tell our cat that she will get snacks and she goes running to the feeder and waits - knowing I will do something on the phone and snacks will come out.Only lesson is that when she saw me push the feed button on the front (could not find my phone), she then started pawing at the button after eating. Fortunately she does not push hard enough, but we will need to be careful or else she will learn how to dispense it herself.

This auto pet feeder works perfectly, better than I expected. I'm writing this review after 3 month of used. I wanted to give it time because I read few review saying that it stop working after few uses. It has being a while and it works perfectly. I full the entire thing with the cat food and food hasn't got stocked, never. Never had an issue with the internet connection after the first day we connected for the first time. Never had problems with the feeding time and portion either. I left my cat for three days and he got his food in time for does days. App always on time. The only small issue was the first time we connected, its little tricky but it finally works. Make sure you use 2.4 not 5.0 in the internet connection. And thats all.Its cheap and works just great. This feeder was very easy to set up. I love the phone app controls. It has a nice tight cover so I feel like food won't get stale. The biggest issue is the portion size is so small that I have to set multiple "feeds" one right after another in order for my two cats to get enough food. I also had to change cat food because only very small sized food will fit.

I only read the manual and had not taken the item out of the box. After reading the manual I knew I did not need something so very complicated.

Love the look and function of this product. It took only 5 minutes to set up and the mobile app is user friendly. There are plenty of options to fit the unique feeding schedule of your pet and the container fits a lot of food. Well worth the price and would definitely recommend!
