The tap water here is good. You could actually drink it straight from the tap. Nevertheless, we wanted to improve the quality even more, also because we have a small son.Water from plastic bottles is ok, but it's plastic, heavy and not very cheap. We already spend about 50 GBP a month. We were also not happy with the plastic waste from the bottles.That's why we bought a water filter. Not a super expensive one - we don't need boiling water or ice water - just good drinking water. That's why we finally decided on the Frizzlife filter.The package arrived well packed and complete. Each part was labelled, the instructions with photos and therefore relatively quickly clear how the installation should look.The workmanship of the filter is very good and clean. We were pleased about the small bonus items such as the sealing tape. There are also two sizes for the pipe width and two different lengths for the connection hoses. So everyone should be able to connect the filter well.It worked well for us - but one of the pipe nuts was a bit tighter, which has nothing to do with the filter. After 10 minutes everything was ready. No leaks, the filter fitted straight away.What is positive:- Top filter at a very good price.- The filtered water tastes neutral / good.- The follow-up costs for filter changes are also very good.- Installation uncomplicated- Customer support is excellent and exceeds expectations by far!- Overall, one has the feeling that a lot of experience and customer feedback has already gone into the filter.What is negative:- Part of the packaging material is plastic foam. Maybe there is a better ecological solution?

Decided to buy this kit to plumb into the existing water feed to the fridge with better filtered water, so didn't bother with the tap. Thought it would be a lot of faff to install but was fairly straightforward. Sits nicely under the kitchen sink where the existing feed was connected to the filter. So far, so good. Water is noticeably clearer with no residue or floating debris. Tastes better. Being in the SE, our water still seems a little hard but that may be down to the existing filter fitted inside the fridge having residue build up so we'll that change shortly. Overall, a fairly simple install made a lot easier by watching their YouTube video.

good product easy to install and works well. had the filter for 6 months now and when replacing the stage one filter the housing got damaged by accident (my fault, and nothing to do with the quality of the product), I contacted frizzlife customer service my email and they responded straight away and after discussing the problem they sent me out a new unit overnight, so too some up, good product, great customer service, I definitely recommend.

The difference in taste/texture of the tap water is massive, chlorine and chemical smell has gone.Water definitely tastes "softer" plain water, cordial and cooking boil or steaming, Tea or Coffee all vastly improved in taste, couldn't belive the difference.No lab tests etc from me but so long as it is removing the chlorine and the forever chemicals it claims to do then I'm happy.Friends have been round and notice the difference.Easy to install, make sure you use the ptfe tape supplied, had everything in the box needed to make it all fit, connected and being used within 30mins.

Quick delivery. Compact and easy to fit system. Clear instructions of when to change each filter cartridge. I like that there's an easily accessible support system, though I'm really not expecting problems with this product. The tap provided is good quality and good looking. I'm happy I'm drinking clean water now!!!

I installed the product but there is absolutely no difference between the tape water and water coming through the filter. The taste and smell are same for both. The solids ppm are 328 both for tape water and water coming through the filter. I don’t understand what difference does the filter make to the quality of water. I sent multiple emails to the support of the company but there is no response. Absolute waste of money. Not recommended
