These are a fun way to put together a nice workout. They are easy to understand and clear but simple instructions and are a nice size. They seem to be really well made and durable and can see myself using them for many years. I like they I don't have to use my phone when using these so I can really get in the groove of my workout without all the distractions that come with my phone. Glad I bought these 😌

I learned most of these in Physical Therapy after my surgeries using just 1 rubber exercise band, so I didn't need to purchase the bar. These card do not come with the bar. (kind-a misleading if you don't fully read everything). The writing is small, but the pictures are easy to follow, for when I don't feel like wearing my reading glasses while working out. The cards are basically different levels of stretching & toning various muscles. I hoped there was going to more exercises than what I learned in P/T. I will use as references & can use to switch up my routine.

Provides so many options. These are so easy to use that you want to work-out.

Very happy with both sets for the Pilates bar - original cards and “Vol 2” (no duplicate exercises between the boxes which was a pleasant surprise). Also comes with a sturdy metal ring that clasps, not the thin spiral design shown in the picture, another nice surprise. Like usual with these card decks, there’s a mix of good exercises and some-what pointless ones but the variety and range makes up for that. Bottom line is they get me active every day with new challenges and change-up for interest. I combine these with other body weight, dumbbell and band exercise cards. Plenty to choose from, won’t get bored.

Exactly what I needed to get into exercising. It comes with a ring so that the cards can be organized and a dry erase marker to keep track of when you excercise and which excercise has been done. The quality is great for the price. And the cards are small enough so that they don't take much space up.

These Pilates Bar Workout Cards are a fantastic addition to my teaching journey. These provide clear guidance on 58 exercises and help me expand my knowledge. They’re easy to use and a valuable resource for learning and teaching Pilates!

I love the cards. They are really helpful in using the bar I bought to add some variety to my resistance bands. What I don't like about this set of cards is that I did not get the ring to hold all the loose cards together or the dry erase marker. I'm not really that concerned about not having a dry erase marker, but I really need the ring to hold the cards together. This is my second deck of Flexies exercise cards. The other deck came with the ring and dry erase marker so I'm not quite sure why this one didn't. I will change my rating to a five as soon as the company makes good on this.

These cards have made my life so easy and the options are great. You can pick your own, mix and match, or you can follow their suggested routines. Either way the cards are clear and easy to read, have little bits to help with your motivation and customisation. Would definitely recomend.

These cards met my expectation in regards to the extensive exercises BUT I thought the actual size and text of the cards were way smaller than advertised. Therefore not worth the £31 price point.
