Honestly I didn’t think this brush wasn’t gonna change my brushing habits but it did. The app is very cool, it tells you when it’s time to change the brush, and it shows you how well are you brushing, you can also collect points to buy toothpaste and brush heads.

EDIT: I will say that the price hike is crazy. I bought this for $12 on May 4th 2024 and now, as of Nov 7, 2025 it is $50. i’m all for great toothbrushes but don’t really like to support companies that price gouge especially in this economy Amazing buy!! Comes with access to the app and if you brush twice a day, by the end of the year you should have enough points to get a free toothbrush. Tells you what spots you missed too! Had it for almost a year now and still working well.

Great starter toothbrush

I recently purchased the equivalent for young children for one of my children and it was such a success I bought this product for me and for my 10 year old son. We've both really enjoyed and have benefited from using guided brushing - a feature of the app - to make sure that we are brushing correctly and with excellent coverage. I honestly believe that use of the HUM system has instilled positive brushing habits in my son who brushes without looking at the phone in the morning and attains 100% coverage. Personally I feel a difference to how I brush my upper and lower molars and feel that my brushing has also improved. Battery life seems questionable (I've been using the brush for a month or two now and am onto my second set of batteries) but otherwise this is a relatively inexpensive product (compared to higher end electric toothbrushes on the market) with no subscription fee and many benefits - it really feels like a positive investment in my and my son's dental hygiene.

I like this as well as my sonic care and it has outlasted it also.

This toothbrush came with a nice little travel case and a set of batteries. At first I worried about the small size of the brush head but it actually is perfect. The toothbrush also had different modes that adjust the vibration power for teeth that might be a bit more sensitive. The app was super easy to set up and allows you to collect “smile” points every time you brush that you can use towards future Colgate products (toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc). Compared to other electric toothbrushes I thought this was a great price and I would recommend to others!

If you sync these to the app not only can you keep track of brushing and stats, but you can also earn rewards for free dental health items! That was such a plus for me. I got these for my kids and it allowed me to keep track of how well they were brushing but also gave them fun incentives!

I really loved this toothbrush while it lasted. The accompanying app is a bit clunky and annoying, but I liked earning points when I brushed which I could redeem for products and I noticed an improvement in my oral hygiene, which is the most important thing. I was forgetting to brush some areas before, so I think the guided brushing was actually useful. But, I guess some water got inside the battery chamber because now, even with fresh batteries, it won’t run, it just gets hot. I tried to reach customer service, but so far no luck. I’d hate to buy a whole new one… but I may have to and worry the same issue will just happen again. Lasted about 6 months.

El empaque increíble, buen producto

I bought this toothbrush, and after getting it, it told me I needed to download the app, after downloading the app, and trying to sign up, it said "Country not supported", I am from Australia, where Colgate is from/in, and I cannot make an account, therefore I cannot get my toothbrush to work, and I tried contacting colgate support, after spending 10 minutes explaining my situation, I got the message "access denied" and it deleted my entire message on the colgate contact support website, I cannot get a refund

Hasta el momento me parece muy buena compra. Sin embargo, la app no está disponible en México, así que no se puede aprovechar al 100% el producto

Para el rango de precio, mejor comprar un oralb, este cepillo no limpia solo hace ruido y además llegó defectuoso
