Just curious, i notice the fact panel shows 0g of sugar but the ingredient deck shows cane sugar as the 4th ingredient? how does this work?

If there is less than 1 gram of fat or sugar in a serving of a product the government allows them to list it as zero.

How is the shelf life?

don't know about the shelf life as we have always consumed before expiration - but recently ordered a few times from amazon and in one of the packages of duke's, found mold... expired package had been shipped.. Amazon was great about it but suggest you check for date.
