I started taking this Kava as I was starting a very rough week of work, a full seven days of work with no days off and no breaks. I started it two days before beginning this week and I got to say, everyone noticed a difference in my mood. It kept me so calm, which is something I struggle with at work sometimes when things get rough. And it kept me pleasant and kind even when things hit the fan. I also noticed I didn’t complain at all really about this week. I used it with Ashwaganda and L-Theanine, and I think I found my perfect combo.

I use them for pain and relaxing.I don't take them everyday as they can have unwanted side effects..but they are amazing if you need to be in that in between place of chill..and the ginkgo in there has some value as well..I appreciate price and quantity.and if they open up in your mouth they don't taste bad surprisingly..lol.

I’m not sure what’s different about me versus the many other people that have tried kava supplements but this one didn’t do much if anything to me. This is the first time I’ve ever tried Kava and I was curious if it would work for me. I tried upping the dosage, waiting a day then doing a lower dosage, but I couldn't find any noticeable difference in feeling or relaxation. Nor could I feel any noticeable improvement in my sleep on days when I used it versus days where I did not.I guess kava just doesn’t work for me, could work for you though, and this review shouldn’t put you off from trying it cause who knows? It just might work for you where it didn’t for me. Certainly works for a lot of people, and it worked for my older brother when I gave him the rest of the supplements that I had not used (a little more than half the bottle) He told me he felt more relaxed and slept better after a few days of using it (for context I used it for a week with no noticeable results before alternating dosage and comparing days without usage vs days I used it).So my recommendation? Try it out, it might just work for you.

I'm in my 60's and have a hard time going to sleep at night. I started taking 1 capsule of this and 1 capsule of the Tryptophan stuff and I sleep very well, wake up the next day and feel fine, not groggy. Very happy we found this product.

I’m a somewhat regular kava enjoyer. I’ve been to kava bars and have tried multiple products from Amazon. This is by far the least effective one I’ve tried to date. Nothing seems to beat a freshly extracted bowl from a bar, but there are products out there that are good. The bottle itself makes no claims of the kavalactone content, but somewhere on the page it said 5%. I’ve worked my way up to 30 pills, trying to get an effect, and haven’t felt a thing even at that dose, so I don’t know what the actual kavalactone content is. In the end, they were a waste of $20 or something.

This Kava Kava is a must! It's the perfect size capsule and easy to swallow but the benefits of Kava is the reason it remains in my daily vitamin regimen! I love NatureBell!

These have me stomach cramps and I got no more sleep nor no better sleep than before. Perhaps it was not as potent a batch as I’ve had from others. Not sure. I don’t have anything bad to say, but just nothing very positive for me personally. Sorry folks,John

Does what Kava is supposed to do. It is not a benzodiazepine. It will not get you high like that. It is not for getting high anyway. It relieves stress.
