Very good while riding a scooter
It is a boon while riding a scooter. Also, it is very convenient to lift it and use pockets of your dress. No need of worrying about phones and wallets getting wet. My little kid fits into the backpack space while riding a scooter and she is completely covered by it. There's one thing however. In heavy rains, it doesn't work that good. It light rains, it works very well.

It's large enough to cover a XXL person or an L person with medium size backpack. Only only problem - it is very thin. So, the durability can be a big issue after few usage.

Portable. Easily can fit bulkier bag pack. Just that if you wear while driving rain water can get through wrist opening.
