Great Gloves
I really hesitated to purchase these. I have a different pair that I love and have worn out. I looked for the same and could not find them. After looking again and again, I decided to buy these. If I didn't like them I would send them back. Very pleased. Seem strudy yet soft to put on. My hands and arms are protected when I do my large lilac bushes and other trimming. I would not hesitate on buying this same brand again. Glad I settled on these. They are worth every penny and I saved my body. Thank you.

Awesome gloves
These are the only rose pruning type gloves I've ever had, so I have no experience with other brands. But I'm very happy with these. The leather and the stitching seem to be good quality, and I like the way they feel.I have very large hands, and usually XL is on the small side. These XL gloves fit very comfortably. I used them to trim dead branches from some palm trees that are very prickly with sharp pointy leaves that resemble needles. They are very protective, yet at the same time the fingers are thin and supple enough to give me good dexterity while using clippers. The leather extending up my forearms is thick cowhide.I saw some similar type "Stihl" brand rose bush gloves for a similar price at a local Ace Hardware store, but the forearm protection is a canvas type cloth, not leather. They got style points for the name, but I suspect these are better quality.I would definitely buy these gloves again, and would recommend to anyone wanting top quality gloves for gardening.

Takes care of a Thorny Issue
Presidents day has come and gone. That had been the traditional day to prune your rose bushes, at least here in the Northeast United States. I was ready to go out and to the deed, but discovered my older gardening gloves just would not work, I just kept getting stuck with the thorns. I purchased these gloves and actually used them yesterday. We have been annoyed with several annoying snow storms for the past several weeks and Friday was a clear but cool day and most of the snow was gone. The gloves fit well, but the gauntlets did not fit over my coat, I had to change the coat for a lighter one which once I got working was ok. The fit was a little tight, but did work, and the gloves do stretch a bit. The quality is excellent, if I could make any changes it would be to enlarge the gauntlet so they would fit over larger sleeves. Great product, and I could easily handle the rose bush canes without being stuck!

Fantastic product
These are the first gloves.I have ever purchased that actually protect me from rose and blackberry thorns. I purposely went into a thicket of wild black berry and cut some of the Vine. And didn't feel one single thing. Also, I have rose bushes with wicked thorns and did not get stuck even once. The goatskin leather is thick and yet soft and flexible to move in. The gauntlets are made with swayed, which also protects. It is heavy duty and these gloves.Go up to your elbow. I ordered a medium but I could have ordered a small so be advised that they do run big. But this way my son and I can both use them as his hands are larger than mine. This is a high quality product and I highly recommend it, It's worth every penny

Great for trimming cat claws
Cat claws can be as sharp as needles. So, I got these to protect my hands when clipping the claws of my cats. They work perfectly . The are supple enough that I have excellent dexterity with them on. The cats' claws do not penetrate the leather. I have big hands so I ordered the largest size and they fit me well. That is unusual in gloves for me. Very comfortable. They are reasonably priced too. I wish I had known about these a long time ago. Would have saved me a lot of blood and many scratches. I am VERY pleased with these gloves.

Works great battling the cat nail cutting chore!
I purchased these gloves to better handle my cat while clipping her nails. I'm on a blood thinner and can't have her scratching or biting me. That possibility had me not confident handling her making nail cutting a huge issue as she wants NOTHING cut off her body. Even the errant fur will anger her to cut it off. LOLI didn't need precise dexterity so these worked perfectly! I was able to hold her paw and the cutters and get the job done. She did try to bite and scratch but she was no match for the gloves. She didn't even finish her attempted bite when her mouth didn't hit skin. This is my second pair. The first pair arrived with one glove "damaged/defective". It's as if the glove had become wet making the leather stiff and it was 1/2" smaller than the other glove making it useless for me as I couldn't get it fully up my arm let alone bend it. The seller had emailed after the purchase so I went directly to her, Zoe, with the issue. She was very nice and fast in her both her response and action with sending me a new pair. Thanks Zoe! The new pair arrived and were as expected fitting me great and bending as needed. I'm short so they hit me at the elbow. Being able to bend is important.Sizing according to the chart was perfect. I measured over a seven so went with the small size. These gloves are nicely made and comfortable to wear. I would buy again!
