Clumpiness:Wanted to try something new to pack on my next international trip. The consistency is great for practical jokes. With a kilo of this stuff in my luggage, I'm almost always guaranteed a short (or long) stay with room and board in the country of my choice.

The fact that this helps lower blood sugar while being a sweetener is something that quick blood tests bare out.It is less sweet than regular sugar but has no weird aftertaste, melts and mixes in just like sugar. So simple to use.Pricey though.

This was purchased from black friday price. The flavor is good without an after taste like sweetener substitutes sometimes have. It's sweet but not at all like sugar (heavy). The only negative I could say is the price is high, so you just have to weigh the pro & con of price. I will not be using it for everything I use sugar for.If you are diabetic, this would be better than having to use more medicines. I know when things first come on the market they are at higher price. Will be glad if this takes off in demand and it is as common as sugar at the market. Good stuff and is NOT dangerous at all. (read a ridiculous review about omega 2 or something. evidentially somebody skipped biology class in school)Buy it, try it.

I really like this nutritious and lightly sweet supplement, and ordered 4 more bags. I add it to coffee, sprinkle it on mixed cut fruit, add it to juice drinks...even wine...to enhance flavor. I add ginger juice to many beverages and add alsoTrehalose when I add the ginger.

i've used various brands in the past, some aren't being sold anymore so i tried this one...YUK. STINKS?!?!? doesn't even remotely smell the same. also, less sweet than normal. yes should be less sweet than sugar but i mean this barely has any sweetness at all even at double what i normally use. wouldn't buy again or recommend.

Got it after watching Dr Seeds podcast and a separate Mass General Hospital podcast. It tastes better than Allulose and I typically combine the 2 sugars. I think it might actually help me maintain a good weight. For me it is about 60 to 70% as sweet as table sugar.

It prevents rice from hardening even kept in the fridge.I wish I knew about this decades ago. Now I can prepare sushi rice with confidence because it will stay moist when chilled.

Not as sweet as most trehalose powders and can definitely tell that it has an off corn powder taste. Very good price though, will probably look elsewhere since this just doesn't cut it. I have been purchasing trehalose for 15 years. Most of mine used to come from Japan but over the past 6 years have been able to get it over here in the states easier. This is a very average quality. Honestly, for the price the one in the tub for about $12.00 is fair value.
