Will these help keep Aida fabric from fraying?

No. Pinking shears do not prevent fraying in any fabric. Instead, the little points fray back to the indent, then fray regularly. I have used them on every fabric known. They were invented in the 1930s to make decorative edgings on non-fraying things like felt and paper. Selling them to home sewers is a scam. (20years a professional couturier seamstress and costumer)

Are you able to effectively cut fabric with the entire blade length in one cut? (vs only cuts near the tip or near the handle)

can i use these for a wig lace?

Yes, these shears can easily cut the thin mesh of a lace front wig. The edges may be sharp as these shears have zigzag pattern teeth.

will these cut through several layers of flannel without raggey edges?

Unfortunately, I have never used them on several layers of flannel. But, they ARE very sharp and work well. I am pleased with them.
