I got this a couple days ago and used right away. It has a funny scent but luckily it doesn’t stay on the hair. I used 3 pumps on damp hair because my hair is long and thick. Styled with the drier and loved the results. My hair had volume, strong hold and it looked matte. I ran my fingers through and the hair felt nicer than when I used spray. Didn’t feel sticky. It held my hair all day into late at night when I showered again. I look forward to using more of it.

Speaking for men with straight brown hair, I love this product. It's able to hold your hair in place while adding volume and not making it shiny. I can't begin to tell you how many products I've been through before finding one that was able to do that. Plus I love workability it offers you. the matte finish and the workability. It gives your hair a natural look while holding it all together. Another benefit is that it doesn't press down your hair.

Arrived dried out. Tried to work the product with my fingers to bring back to life. Too thick and heavy to work into hair. Should have returned it.

Wanted something that felt close to using nothing. Similar to using hair lotion.

The product itself has served me well, it’s got good hold with a matte finish and isn’t overpowering in its scent. However when I opened my package I noticed it had leaked during shipping and was completely missing the cap.

Works great. Put some on after shower before blow drying. Took me 2 times to figure out how much to put in.

Tried all sort of matte clays in the past and this is definitely the best one by far. Super versatile! Works best when applied to slightly damp, towel dried hair. For even more volume and texture, you could blow dry hair before applying. For a sleek finish, apply on damp hair.

When i've bought this product direct from Murdock it's been 5*. I have medium length, VERY straight hair, worn in a side parting. I put in small amount to towel dried hair and it dries with a good hold but looks totally natural. no grease. The problem is that i've had multiple failed orders where it has arrived rock solid, cracked and dried out. Almost impossible to get any out the tin, let alone style into hair. If you can buy from a department store or from a Murdock barber this is great, but i would avoid ordering online.

I order two bottles and one of them wasn’t sealed and was leaking as well. Some of solution was lost, but seems like it was opened (plastic wraps seal), this not how it’s suppose to be delivered. Wat can be done?
