HDTV VIZIO XRT500 Remote Control Controller Replacement for M43-C1 M43C1 M49-C1 M49C1 M50-C1 M50C1 M55-C2 M55C2 M60-C3

When you pop the skirt to open battery compartment you can see 4 IR LED's. I can buy these at $0.75@ so I figure I am 50% into the $6 it costs. It also contains about $10 of other electronics not to mention a case with siamese keyboards. Is it "fake". No, it is a genuine counterfeit of the original asian company that produced the vizio remotes. It does what it is supposed to, so far all keys work. With 5 grandkids screaming for netfix and no way to change input, this arrived in time to prevent an uprising. If it dies I will pull the $2.00 worth of batteries you have to insert and buy another. Spent a week searching and raving for the original the kids lost. This is worth every penny for peace of mind alone.

I have the original OEM remote that came with my tv, worked great until my kid spilled milk into it. As far as I can discern, the device sent to me is not OEM. They did a great job on the replicating it though.. With the exceptions of Latency, Button feedback, & a Non-functional Back keyboard. Look, it powers on my TV and the input, volume, channel, & mute buttons all work well enough. So It’s good enough for me. If you’re looking for OEM.. keep looking & Good Luck.

I wasn’t sure this would work with my TV but I took a chance on this remote. The remote model for my tv is the XRT122. This remote worked for my Vizio D39F. There is a slight lag in response time but all the buttons work perfectly. The remote on the left is this product. The remote on the right is my old remote. I needed a replacement because the buttons kept popping of my old remote. This one feels sturdier!

After my original remote went out and the TV would not cut on I decided to order this remote to see if it would work because you have to have the tv on to program any remote. It worked as soon as I put the batteries in, so that means the power button on the tv is broke. The only thing negative I have to save is the keyboard on the back does not work which is no big deal on the count that I was about to throw the tv in the trash because it wouldn't turn on.

Love this remote. I bought my tv as a floor model and no one knew where the original remote went and they threw in a cheap universal remote for free, I hated it. It wasn’t easy to get to work with my tv and the buttons didn’t always align with the function they were supposed to control.. So I went on amazon and found this one, checked to make sure it would work with my tv model and ordered. I love the design of having a fully functional keyboard on the back for quick and easy typing. And the programming couldn’t have been easier. Seriously all it took was putting in batteries and pointing it at the tv. No issues, no headaches, everything works as it should and I couldn’t be happier.

Replaced the original control because the foster dog ate it... this one performs as well as the original. It is a bit lighter and I feared the quality of the plastic wasn’t as good as the original. To this point, six weeks later, it has held up just fine.

I bought two controller. One works ok the other one fell apart after the first day of using it. This is not a OEM Vizio controller don’t waste your money 💰 on it. Rather pay more for the original controller. Two stars because one still limping along.

Thai remote places one I dropped to many times that came with my TV. I works just a a good as the one that came with my tv with the same look and feel. Works excellent.
