What's the chain length? I need the chain length to be between 1.9m and 2m, to fit my blind drop of 1.2m.

Not sure of exact length but the 2 units I have bought have had chain lengths more than adequate for the window drop ( around 1metre in this instance)

My roller blind is 2150mm and the clutch cord has broken, internal tube size is 31mm can you help it ratchets down

These units are well made and would easily cope with the length of your blind. Stranglely you need to measure the external diameter of the tube rather than the internal diameter otherwise you may find you order the wrong size.

What is the Chain loop length - is it continuous ???

Chain is continuous, not sure of the length but adequate for a full length window. Can be shortened if required

What is the width of the recess fitting? I have a recess 45 mm will this fit?

Hi, The outside diameter is about 34.5mm, what a stupid way of measuring as nobody knows the inside thickness of the metal tube that the clutch fits into. Many thanks for the answer as I have now had 2 clutches where the nylon cord inside the clutch keeps breaking.

These blind parts are what you need to replace the cheap plastic parts you get on blinds you buy today. Very sturdy, good quality and will last. The price was very competitive, I’d recommend to anyone. Although check the circumference of your blind pole, this is for a wider pole not the skinny pole which you also get with blinds now.
