It reconstitutes very easily, even in cold water and is a very concentrated powder, so you get a lot of bang for your buck. Yes, great stuff; tastes good, but even better with a splash of lemon juice and a dapple of coconut oil… Goes in solution ok but sticks a bit to fingers as the scooper is a quite short. It makes me feel good, no unpleasant aftertaste. I use it to compliment my alkaline diet. Recommend and will buy again.
