I'm usually loathe to provide a review on items like this, as quite often it's very subjective. However, perhaps my experience might help folk decide. A mate of mine bought some and decided not to take them, so gave a pretty full bottle to me. I started taking them on a daily basis - I struggle with knee and ankle pain from old injuries from my youth as a daft squaddie, lol. Anyway, completely forgetting that I'd been taking these (mixed in with my other daily medication), I remarked to the wife that my ankle and knee were feeling great, and I'd even stopped limping. It wasn't till after I'd said this, that I realised the only change in my lifestyle was these tablets. So perhaps the anti-inflammatory nature of the capsules is the reason? I'd been taking them for a couple of months before I noticed my legs were feeling better, so perhaps it also takes a while for them to take effect. Anyway, I decided to buy some more and continue with the 'treatment'

I use the product for anti inflammatory purposes. This is the first time I have purchased this particular product from Nutravita and have no doubt that it will be just as effective or more so from similar products from my previous suppliers. Can I just say a few words about Nutravita; All of their products are of outstanding value, do the job they are supposed to, so much so that I have moved away from my two well known previous suppliers of my needs to them exclusively. They have realistic offers from time to time, answer any queries you have very quickly and their customer service is outstanding so no reason to go anywhere else. I do get emails from my other suppliers now and then offering 10% of this or that or £3 off here and there but you can't replace good customer service and everyday value for money wit ha few carrots dangled at you now and then. AND.. I am not connected with this company in any way.

You always need to be careful buying curcumin supplements, as very often all they contain is turmeric powder and a bit of fancy labelling.These seem to be the real deal however and also at a more affordable price than many other brands. Importantly, they do my osteoarthritis no end of good -- as such, I will continue to purchase them for as long as they're available.The only criticism is the over-packaging of the first bottle -- the fancy cardboard box was overkill and a bit of a waste. That was gone with the second order, so I just hope they'll also get rid of the plastic shrink wrap and, in the future, replace it with something environmentally friendly like cellulose.

Apparently it takes 1-2 months to notice any improvement, so will wait and see......
