Excellent product and great source of Omega oil's.

This is a great product . Unfortunately it arrived in bad condition and cannot be refunded .

Everything is great about this product. Easy to take. No fishy after taste like a lot have. I just wish it be 50% cheaper. Currently it’s on the high end for just fish oil.

This product solely caught my attention because it provides the triglyceride (TG) form of omega-3, which is the form consumed when eating fish. The vast majority of fish oil supplements provide the ethyl ester (EE) form of omega-3, and some provide the re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form of omega-3, and this JJ Virgin product is the first I've come across that provides the TG form of omega-3 so I knew I wanted to try it out. While seemingly expensive at first glance, the price is average to below average for premium fish oil supplements when considering the fact that it provides a 60-day supply of the TG form of omega-3 at one capsule per day. I had been a loyal customer of Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for quite some time, probably because it was the premium fish oil supplement typically in stock at retail stores, and I didn't realize all that time that it provides the EE form of omega-3. I tried the rTG form of omega-3 for the first time via a Daiken product, and have since started purchasing a similar product from Dr Brian Roettger, which I find to be much more reasonably priced, and now I am rotating between Dr Brian Roettger and JJ Virgin. The re-esterification process removes the alcohol from chemically modified EE fish oil to create a more natural form of omega-3. Another reviewer here mentions that this product "also has tocopherols added to prevent rancidity", but I don't see this ingredient in either the supplement facts or the "other ingredients" listing in the product labeling: perhaps they misread "tocotrienols" as "tocopherols"? Based on some light research, while tocopherol is a vitamin E supplement, "Delta Gold tocotrienols" is actually a tocopherol-free Vitamin E supplement, the opposite of what this other reviewer stated. DeltaGold tocotrienols has better absorption mainly because of the structure of tocopherols, which have slow and inefficient longer tails and larger heads, in contrast with the shorter tails and heads of tocotrienols, which permit them to reach the cell membrane faster.

While I do enjoy a good fish oil supplement, this is on the extreme end of pricey. The ingredients are largely the same as most reputable brands but at a heavy premium. I will give credit though on having a nice glass bottle instead of plastic. It gives it a more quality feel. Another positive is that these softgels are only 1 per serving so it's easy on swallowing them down. The formula is also US-caught with wild Alaskan fish.

The pills were all stuck inside the bottle and I was not able to take them out unless I break the bottle.
