Terrible refund issue
Item is clearly will fade after couple of use, I asked to return and refund they took back the product and refunded 10 AED only !!!!

The product looks attractive and does its job well. It is high cost product however I am completely satisfied with it as it enhances the decor of my kitchen.

I love this teapot! it’s the perfect size, it’s so cute (great color!!!), and I’ve used it every single day since purchasing without issue. Would definitely purchase again!

Wertig gebaut, für 1-2 Tassen Kaffee oder Tee genau richtig. Angenehmes, nicht zu lautes Pfeifgeräusch. Auf der Ceran-Herdplatte mit dem richtigen Duchmesser (etwas kleiner als der Kessel) auch recht schnell. Schöner Eyecatcher auf dem Herd, der nicht im Weg ist. Ich wollte bewusst keinen elektrischen Wasserkocher, der nur Platz auf der Arbeitsplatte wegnimmt. Fünf Sterne hat er sich redlich verdient!
