I ordered two bottles at first and was impressed enough that I’ve been through about 8 by now. The biggest improvement was my gut health. I throw in a scoop of creatine and they blend well. The peach just tastes sweet but the pineapple one tastes pretty good. I just down it in one shot. I did notice that the longer I took it, the less it helped with my gut health and I added another cheaper probiotic to my daily and it helped. That may just be the way my body adjusts to it. Plenty of good stuff in this, but I truly question the "peach" flavor. You're drinking greens and it tastes more like that with a slight hint of some fruit flavor. SLIGHT. I'm a fan of the Jocko Protein and Hydrate products. On this one, the jury is still out for me!
