The Perfect Choice for Medium-Sized SUVs
Build Quality, Size and Weight:Definitely feels like a quality DeWalt tool. The plastics are solid and everything secures neatly where it should. It's compact and it's not too heavy to haul around. I like the rubber armor as it prevents it from sliding around the cargo area. Dust and sand does tend to stick to it fairly quickly and I find myself cleaning it after every use.The only gripe I have with it is that the area where the high volume nozzle attaches and where the air intake is, is completely exposed and gathers dust and sand very easily.Speed and Runtime:Bought primarily to inflate tires after off-roading. Inflates a 2024 Subaru Forester 225/60R17 tire from 15 PSI - 33 PSI in about 3 minutes on 12V. Comfortably fills all 4 tires without a hint of overheating.Accuracy:Overall, it's pretty accurate. I noticed minor differences in kPa readings (inflates to within -1 to -4 kPa of the set pressure). The PSI reading is dead on. Supports multiple standard pressure units.Power:Running it on 12V DC power requires the engine to be on. If you car has power saving settings like mine does, make sure you optimize your car's output (on mine, the more power it needs/draws, the more the 12V socket outputs, so with the headlights off, the compressor does not work).

Quality air compressor! I have used it to inflate my tires post off-roading for 5-6 time now with no issues. 0-32psi in around 3-4 minutes and 15-32psi in around 2-3 mins. If used with a 12v cigarette adapter, the car should be started or otherwise you will get an error on the display. I recommend having a converter to battery clamps along side.Update: After more than a year using this compressor, I assure you this is a heavy duty air compressor, I am able to inflate 4 cars in a row with no overheating issues. The only downside is that it seems like the motor is getting lazier with time, the average inflate time currently is 6 mins per tyre from 10-35 PSI

Can also run via cigarette lighter socket.
This is good, I will keep it in the boot with no battery (due to UAE summer heat). I can plug it into the cigarette lighter socket if needed. When at home I can just pop in a battery.It can also blow up and deflate inflatables, which is a bonus. An external 230v PSU is available as an optional accessory, but is quite expensive.

very bad choice
I bought a first air compress 199AED for offroad trips but ti was very slow. i found this one on discount. mentioned at 399 instead of 600 however there is no psi option. and it is even slower that the first air compressor i bought.I read people saying 0 to 32 psi in 2-3minutes. it seems different models are put under same review. with the slow one which will take 10-15mns to reach 30 psi, i will do two tyres before dewalt air compressor is doing one. and the bar indicator is confusing.very disappointed.
