Purchased as part of prime deal £150 off. Missing parts possibly secondhand too! Tried to get a replacement but told I would have to pay higher price by Amazon customer service. Item returned. A complete waste of my time. I will be closing my Amazon Prime now as this was the last straw! Amazon and some of its sellers are just taking the mick out of its loyal prime customers. Sellers are selling seconds on their Prime days, other items just dont work or are asian sizing or are just shoddy and cheap. Its a shame for the decent sellers who will loose their regular customers, this seller is not a decent seller. Amazon customer services make out their 'hands are tied' which is bull. Buyer Beware!!!

There is supposed to be a dual function touchpad with an integrated numeric keyboard which is SHOWN in the pictures within the listing! But in the laptop which I purchased it is missing or not working as there is supposed to be a small white symbol at the top right hand corner of the laptop but its missing on mine. Has anyone else had the same issue? I called amazon and all they have done is sent out the same laptop with the same problem. I want the laptop shown in the pictures! Please someone help.

***Do not buy this product until they clarify in the information above which model they are actually going to provide.***I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this laptop. One of the things which enticed me was the numberpad in the mousepad which you can see in the pictures. The model I was sent looks similar to that in the pictures, but this important feature is completely missing. This is a really unimpressive bait-and-switch. I'm going to be returning it on Monday.In the attached pictures you can see the one I received, the picture from the advertising above and a shot from the manual. Yes, it says "selected models", but you cannot find anywhere which models include this and which don't.

This is a nice looking laptop and it performs pretty well, however it’s quite heavy for the size but also very sturdy. I returned mine because the picture on the Amazon website clearly shows an inscribed numpad on the touchpad, neither of the 2 I was sent had this feature. Amazon customer service had no explanation for this and ASUS customer service said it didn’t have this feature and that I should contact AMAZON (duh).
