The deadbolt part of the original door handle failed, locking me out of my camper. It was miraculous it opened on one last try. I took it apart and found what is supposed to be a security feature was also the failure point. If the deadbolt fails, it isn't simply a matter of drilling out the lock cylinder. Thought about getting the same brand, but thought better of it after reading the reviews. The identical one was priced twice what this new one cost. Basically the only difference is the key. The higher priced one has the laser cut. This one has teeth on both sides of the key.

I had a door lock kit that was chromed with my Arctic Fox. The handle had done that bubble corroding and the keys were expensive to copy or get spares.I bought this kit as the white matched the door and it was a relatively easy swap. It was a bit misaligned but using my electric drill I could suck the latch into the correct orientation.My only comment is to be careful when you tighten the screws as you can easily pinch the door between both lock plates. Like I did.I would buy again from Here as it’s much cheaper than the original, and has four keys. Any major issues I’ll buy another and swap again.
