I had a nosebleed above my nose bone so I couldn’t put pressure on it. It bled off and on for 3 days. I had this happen before and the emergency room Doc put a tampon up my nose. It worked.I bought these thinking it would do the same thing without the 4 hour wait and $100 copay. They did exactly that. I inserted the NamponSimple to use: Insert in nose and pinch if possible. I left mine in overnight. The foam expands to seal the leak. It easily slid out and I have had no more bleeding.Way better than toilet paper or paper towel. A must for every first aid kit!

Good product, I like that they’re sterile, and they work well for kid nose bleeds.Only complaints is they are still a bit long for an 8 year old. And also, they come out of the package air and moisture dried out so they are very hard. As soon as they touch any moisture they start to expand, but it always seems uncomfortable to put this in a bleeding nose, so I often get a half drop of water on it first to expand a bit and soften up.

Purchased to help deal with frequent child nosebleeds. These work work very well, much better than trying to hold an unhappy young kids nose. I keep one in my bag at all times now. You still have to hold it in place for a kid and make sure they do not pull it out, but it works very well. I recently had to use this while on public transit and was so thankful that we had this with us. Kept what could have been a mini disaster under control. I wish they were cheaper, but they work as very well.

This product was very helpful as advertised. The package arrived quickly and upon using, they were successful in stopping my husband's nosebleed. They are small and easy to carry to have on hand for a sudden nosebleed. We were definitely impressed and would recommend them.

Definitely stopped my nosebleed but it was some what hard to remove and caused my nose to start bleeding again.
