Excellent for Ribs.
Wash baby back ribs, dry off. Rub the monjito lime over the ribs generous, seal up the ribs in aluminum foil to make sure seals good. Bake, right before done, remove ribs from foil and brown ribs, or can add BBQ sauce etc. But sauce is not needed. At family camping event a person made ribs this way, I have been making them like this ever since. I always have a container on hand, is great on chicken and beef too.

My go-to seasoning for tacos
Have been a fan of the McCormick Grill Mates Mojito Lime Seasoning for many years when making my grilled chicken tacos, and until I found this product I was purchasing the single-use packs by the 12-pack box from the local grocery stores. I am very happy to have finally found this seasoning sized in a bulk package so I can adjust the amount of seasoning to different amounts versus the 1 pack per 1 pound ratio. In my recipe I do also add fresh lime juice and a splash of white vinegar along with the seasoning, and then let marinade in the fridge overnight. Then right before grilling I add the necessary vegetable oil. Makes great chicken for tex-mex style street tacos or wraps or salads. I highly recommend this product!

Not only for chicken!
I have been using Mojito Lime seasoning for years now. I first tasted it on chicken at a Costco sampling and really liked it. Since then it is a staple seasoning at home and on my boat. I almost exclusively barbeque fish with this seasoning (saltwater bottom fish and salmon), and EVERYONE I have exposed to my method has purchased the seasoning and really likes it. Simple: sprinkle some seasoning on the fillet, spray with olive oil to lock moisture while BBQing, and don't over-cook..... yum! Full disclosure, I don't work for McCormick, but would love to have a lifetime supply of this seasoning :)

Very Tasty
Very good flavor. Has a nice Lime zing and a little sweetness. I think it would go well with most meat and vegetables.

Delicious!!!
So far I have used this spice to marinate shrimp and pork chops before putting them in the air fryer. It has quite a strong lime flavor which surprised me at first, but I must admit I was hooked at the first bite! You can taste the chili as well, but this is not spicy at all. If you are bothered at all by lime flavors then I would not recommend this as it does have a strong lime nuance to it. I have nicknamed it “the Mojito Seasoning,” as that’s what it reminds me of. I find it perfect for pork chops for burrito bowls, and large shrimp for tacos. Just marinate with olive oil for a few hours, and it’s ready.
