I bought this when I found out it is an anti-malarial supplement and it's over the counter. I have been using this as one of my many investigated supplements that work to help with the CV virus. It is gentle on my stomach, which I need because I have GERD. So far, so good. No side effects. You can't drink alcohol when taking this either! I take one capsule in the AM with zinc and one at Night with Licorice Root, which is good for my GERD and it is also good as an antiviral.

Artemisinin is an anti-malarial, anti-parasite compound that is also a poor man's anti-cancer compound. See academic journals on this subject, as well as the excellent Memorial Sloan Kettering website on natural remedies.
