This is working for me as I feel energetic through out the day,, also good for gut, gives relief in bloating, gas etc The taste is bit not so good. Main problem is with the capping system,, its not good at all,, create problem while opening.

The cap does not work properly at all, the manufacturing is very bad, so I'm not sure how good the vitamins are. Best to look for other good quality options.
