Edit: after my original review, the company contacted me and replaced the wax. I received it today. It wasn't dirty at all and no parts of the packaging were torn and embedded into the wax like the first box was. I'm assuming the damage came from the Amazon warehouse or during shipping. I'm completely satisfied with the replacement. As I said in the first review, it's AMAZING wax to work with! I've tried all different kinds and this is by far the easiest wax to work with as far as achieving smooth tops with a single pour. No sink holes. And the ct and ht with this wax is just phenomenal. It's the perfect blended wax formula. I highly recommend you give it a try. And IF there's ever any damage I'm transit, rest assured that the company will replace it with no hassle. Great company to work with! Although I do have to say that this wax makes gorgeous candles, very easy to pour, holds scent very well and I can even whip it for dessert candles, this is the dirtiest wax I've ever used. Little black specks embedded into the wax along with pieces of the box and wax paper used for shipping. After every batch I would lose several ounces of wax due to particles that had settled to the bottom from the shipping container. And total weight including the box, was 10.98 lbs using weights and measures certified scales. It's great wax if it doesn't come dirty like mine did and if you actually get the amount advertised. Its honestly the best wax I've used. It's a shame I had such a bad experience with it. I'm hoping it's a one off.

Very good quality. The candles smelled nice with oils I’ve added. The texture and thickness were perfect. Now the bad part about it it’s hard to use. Very tough to cut the piece to melt.

Nice wax, unscented and easy to work with, tunneling did occur for me, but I used a double wood wick and a 7 oz circle candle, could be a matter of skill/execution

I run a small business, and this year hasn't been kind to me. I'm going to begin with the cons, then give a lot of pros. CONS The insert says it's "measured by weight", and not to worry, everything's there. I ordered 10 lbs. of wax, and my Amazon box containing only this wax weighed 9 lbs. 12 oz., unopened. I weighed it using my postal scale. This was disappointing, especially since it's expensive and I'm a struggling small business. Speaking of which, after using GB 454 for over a year, but CS frequently being out of stock of the 10 lb. boxes, I find CS much less expensive overall. My second year in business has been rough, so I definitely count pennies, and decided to try this because CS's shipping cost and the extra price of this with Prime just about evened out. PROS Wow. This wax is amazing. Even as a large brick it melts quicker than CS's flakes. It's much more forgiving with pouring temps. With GB 454 I have to pour above 210f to get a nice top. This wax can be poured, so far, between 190-225 and it comes out looking amazing each time. The tops set very smooth, with a very nice, ever-so-slight bowl shape. The big brick of wax breaks apart easily, but not messily. I used a butter knife, straight down, pushed out, and a nice thick brick came loose. OVERALL I will probably buy this again, but maybe after speaking with customer service. I don't like being shorted on weight, because that could be another candle or two that an order needs to be fulfilled. But overall, good product.

I rarely make reviews however this deserved a spotlight. For reference, I am a small business owner and typically order from CS. I was tired of the overpriced shipping and inconsistent supplies. The wax delivery was timely, easy to cut with a large knife, and melted quickly. I typically smooth out the tops and this has been a seamless process. Very easy to work with. I will put a candle to the test and light it - will return with an update on the burn quality. Update re: burn quality. Great burn quality and quick cooling time.

Their wax and wicks are absolutely exceptional. If you are considering making the finest smoothest most fragrant candles this is the brand to purchase without a doubt. It was the first and now the last company I will ever buy from!

this is first time I use this product, and I love it so mush

I bought a bad batch of soywax for my first time and I hope this one works. Haven’t used it yet but I’m crossing my fingers for this. Update on this wax. I LOVE IT! No sink holes . Used it for my pillar candles it’s a bit soft but it works just fine. With flower molds however, well I need a harder wax for that. For candles in a vessel it’s great!
