These are the consistency of very finely ground almonds. The exact type that I want for making Russian tea cakes. They came out great this year.

I could not find the kind of grinded almond for baking in the US as needed in the recipe. But this product is very good for bsking.

FANTASTIC product!
This is very much so nicer than what you could obtain if you processed whole, blanched almonds in a food processor yourself. It is fine, moist, and high quality. Give it a try in your baked goods!

Do understand there are just some things I just can not buy in the stores. Like this item, I looked in those special markets in town etc,,. The only store I could find this item was on amazon. It come right away which I was happy about. I use this for my baking. I will rebuy this yes.
