The media could not be loaded. It worked really well. It did not scratch my pool. It got all the gunk off of my tiles. I posted a video I had to scrub a lot. Don’t get me wrong to do my own pool. I had to use two of them. I bought an extra one just in case, because one was just not enough, so I have a total of three now, but it took two to do the whole pool.

I just placed an order for 4 more to finish my pool tile cleaning. I bought pumice and the magic stone to use on my "white" pool tiles. The pumice did help but once I tried the magic stone, I decided it was doing a better job. The tiles I was able to clean with only one bar, are a beautiful blue and turquoise like they were originally. It didn't take as hard a scrubbing as I would have expected. So glad I found this product. I'm looking forward to finishing the job..

Simply put, not worth the money. Zero exaggeration, I blew through this thing in no time. It's very brittle, disintegrating quickly. Super disappointed with this and should have headed the advice of the other reviewers that said the same.PASS!

Works better than anything else I have and was cheap.

This works really great to remove calcium buildup on my pool tile. I will be ordering several more to keep on hand.

Product wears out very quickly and its 80% effective in cleaning the pool tile and the associated grime and algae.

Great product to remove the calcium, just need a little elbow grease.

So back story we where in the uk for 4 months and came home to a nice salty ring around the pool. Ordered one of these and tried it out works perfectly. It wears away the salt and eventually the stone wears too. I ordered 6 more cheap and they work. Used 4 In total on the pool. Very pleased with the results. Pool is in California and it’s been really hot here all summer
