I haven't used it yet because I can't get the pump to open. If anyone answers my question as to how to open, I can use it and come back with a review. I must come back with an update and a big thank you to the seller for the great service. I ordered this product Feb. 2nd. It came on the next day. My daughter and I tried all we knew how to get the pump to work but to no avail. I reached out to the seller and received a replacement today, Feb. 4th. The bottle has the same type of pump which baffled me. I took it to my other daughter. She was able to open it right away, saying she had recently received a product with a similar pump. It's so simple! All you have to do is remove the band as shown in the photo. I hope this helps anyone else having the same issue. I have very dry skin so I'm looking forward to trying this product. I'm back today, February 6th to say I've used this product. I'm no baby, a senior citizen. My skin feels fresh, soft and nourished. Good product, great service.

I love this product however, the cap pump came broke. So I have to screw off the lid for each use.
