So , it took me sometime , cause of the pain reaching screws , it’s very uncomfortable to install , but I did it . Light have 4 settings , very nice , fan is plastic but very strong , has three settings , the whole light assembly is pretty much plastic , so very lite , I was surprised how strong fan is , well , we will see how long this will last , I already can tell , cleaning it will be a pain , because of hard to reach places . UPDATE : today 6/6/23 fan broke , so this thing is good for one year …

The unit has two main components: a light and a fan. The fan is controlled ONLY by a remote control. In my case, the light works (light came on once the product was wired and the wall switch was flipped to the "on" position). Unfortunately, the remote is defective and therefore I am unable to even test whether the fan is operational, let alone use it. Two weeks after my purchase I am still waiting for a replacement.

The fan was easy to install and the LED lighting with 4 variations is perfect for setting up in our home office. The double fan rotation is great for circulating the air and keeping in cool in our hot summer months in AZ.

Update.Contacted the seller about my issues with the fan. They immediately sent me a new fan out. I’ll update my review to a 4 star based on my interaction with the seller. Fan functions but seems cheaply made.What I like.Fan operates great and the led light being adjustable is nice.What I don’t likeThe fan seams cheaply made.When opening the box loose bolts came out of the fan, not sure where they came from.And it looks like a section of the led light isn’t working. Haven’t contacted seller yet. Will wait to see what they say and I’ll update my review after.

Great value for price paid very good lighting fans work great less then 20 minutes to install would recommend it to family and friends I'm buying one. Different style for my bedroom one bigger

I installed in my mother’s kitchen because she has low ceilings and always has a standing fan. The wires are interesting. Brown to black and blue to white, I grounded to a metal box and have a switch on the wall. The switch works the light and you can keep flipping it to get the fan on. The remote is cheap and who knows how long it will last. I also made sure to pad/shock absorbers in the electrical housing, so the loose stuff wouldn’t rattle. I used Rubbermaid bins to hold the light close to the ceiling and also extended my main wire, cause they barely give any. My mother loves the look and the fan is quiet and strong. Don’t use the stupid wire clips that come with. Let’s see how long it lasts. Also, would have been nice if it came with a round trim ring for the screws. I used my own screws with washers attached because I didn’t trust the ones that came with.

The media could not be loaded. Fans move alot of air volume, no blades to hit with blankets, towels, toys, balls... you name it weve lost blades to all of those. With this fan... nothing to break off. Quiet but not silent, we like a little white noise so they're PERFECT!!!Difficult to get screws into bracket when installing however it is possible and doable. Perfect for kids room or office space if you don't mind the look of them... kinda futuristic.

I like the adjustment settings for the light. Not something I would buy again.
