Super comfortable, never taken them off my arm rests of my computer chair.

I work from home and spend minimum 6 hours on the computer for work purposes, then the rest for gaming or other usage. I've been using the same arm-wrests for nearly 3 years now. Prior to this, I had extensive dry skin on my elbows as well as pain in my forearms due to pinched nerves as a result of my elbows being up against the hard plastic arm-wrests for 10 hours a day. I've read some reviews about how the padding is gone, or the pain came back or whatever. That must be a them problem. Proper ergonomics means that you put your arms at a very specific angle, meaning that your elbows/arms should just gently rest on the top. There should be no pressure of any sort on your elbows/shoulders. If there are, fix your posture. This product has some damage due to the stretch, however it's been 3 years so some wear & tear is expected. However the padding is still firm enough so that I don't feel the hard plastic underneath. The only downside is that you have to occasionally re-adjust them as they tend to go off to one side if you angle your body a certain way, which I do .... kind of a lot. I wouldn't really call that a product defect, more like me being lazy with posture. If you sit with proper posture, this product will last you years :). Great product, best money I've ever spent on a QoL product.
