So I’m not an amazingly gifted musician by any means, just your run of the mill person who enjoys things that sound nice. I bought this on a spur of the moment feel, and I’m honestly glad I did.The ukelele itself is quite easy to learn, and most of the difficulty resides in the transitioning of fingers and honestly for me just keeping in time. But that being said - even I was able to pick up an entry level song or two with the very first time I played within a few minutes.The craftsmanship of the ukelele is not bad by any means. It is an entry level, and kind of feels like it to be honest. It’s much lighter than I thought it would be, and I’d imagine a less than entry level ukelele would have a different weight to it depending on the wood used. The ukelele is made in China, if you care where your Products come from, but ultimately this item is making a decent sound for me and it’s not breaking.I know I’m the type of person that likes nice things when I can, and don’t mind paying for quality. I feel like this ukelele is a great middle ground - nice enough where I didn’t immediately want to file a refund because it’s junk - and cheap enough where I’m happy I didn’t pay hundreds on a ukelele that I can’t make sound amazing like bruddah Iz anyways. Would make a great present for someone who’s interested in learning ukelele and has no idea where to begin (like me).If you’re musically talented this might not be the item for you. You’d probably want to get a slightly higher end item, as this doesn’t hold time AMAZINGLY, but it’s not bad at all. I do re-tune it before every session, and it’s easy with their included tuner, but it just doesn’t seem to stay perfectly tuned for long if that would be something that bothers you (but that may be the strings settling? I’m not sure yet).

Perfect for a beginner. Tuner is easy to use. Booklet is helpful! Durable enough, our daughter took it on a 10-day backpacking trip and it survived well!

I love it! It is amazing and so easy to learn! Highly recommended!
