Can this be used to seal the window of a boat hatch?

I'm not sure what you mean by Seal but my windows are actually held on my boat without any screws using 3M VHB tape and then 791 around the whole window just like caulking a bathtub but you have to do it really nice

is this suitable for mortar joints?
