I have used this type of product before and it is solid built
I have not unpacked this one yet, but I would like to share that in the box it came with besides the black rubber hose, a vacuum bag and vacuum suction flexible hose and extension, that I was not expecting. I purchased these last three accessories separately without knowing that they where included with the tool.So this is definitively a good deal, as for the battery either you purchase or use the Makita if you are on the system, or you can use adaptors to fit any 20 /18V major tools platform, I use the Milwaukee platform and can fit (with the use of an adaptor) any 18V battery.

Effective
I use thus for everything to pull and to blow. Three settings are convient, small and powerful. I use it in the garden, on gadgets that need to be dusted, filter cleaning. The settings allow me to apply the correct amount of pressure.
