Was super easy to make . I am not a baker , but had these oven ready in 5-10 min.I definitely should have added some sugar substitute to the mix, but we’re still delicious . When first came out of oven I only put butter on them, ( forgot to buy cream cheese) but when I went back 2 days later I had the icing that recipe on package had, and yum. I've been on keto for over a month, and this is by far the best, most "realistic" treat I've made yet. The dough is doughy; my only complaint is that with the amount of erithrytol/cinnamon they have you add in, it's really not a sweet treat. I used Swerve confectioner's sweetener + butter + a touch of vanilla extract to make an icing, and I'm in heaven. I just popped on my computer at 10:30 at night because I had to let you know!

Maybe a name change is in order. The dough might be better used for something else like a low-carb pizza crust.

I was skeptical trying keto cinnamon rolls, but l wanted something that would be a good breakfast side. I was pleasantly surprised! They tasted good and l will buy them again. Will be a staple in my pantry. Wish it was a little cheaper though, but most Keto is pricey!

I was so excited about this keto friendly cinnamon roll mix...I thought I had finally found a healthy option for my family to enjoy. I followed the recipe exactly (down to the whole cup of egg whites!) And they were just awful! First they took forever to brown, about an additional 20 minute over the stated time on the package. They smelled like cinnamon buns but the taste was nothing like it and incredibly bland (even after using copious amounts of cinnamon and monk fruit sugar). The bun was soft and similar to french toast (as another reviewer has said). We could have muddled through and eaten them with maple syrup but after I and my kids each had one we felt sick to our stomachs and our appetites where ruined for the rest of the day...I'm not exagerating here. We are not new to keto recipes, coconut or almond flour....so I have no idea why it affected us so much. I bought 2 packages thinking I would use them both and Amazon won't let me return the 2nd one. What a waste of $28!

If you are really hungry for a cinnamon roll and can't have the real deal, they were pretty easy to make and tasted pretty good

It's got some weird ingredients - Erythritol and "Soluble Corn Fiber". Tastes bad.If they needed to sweeten it up, why not use Xylitol ? costs too much ??

The mix is great. Our cinnamon rolls turned out perfect! They were seriously delicious! We made our own low carb icing to go with them.
