I don’t buy anything else - Kid w/sensitive skin/baby eczema
This is a dream diaper cream (sorry for the cheesy rhyme) for both of my kids. Boy & girl, one with exceptionally sensitive skin/eczema & the other having a more “normal” skin type (but every tush needs extra care when in a soiled diaper for any length of time much less if it’s hot or other irritating factors exist). As the title of the review says, I don’t buy anything else.

Best diaper cream around!
LOVE Balmex! No other diaper cream compares. On my second baby and can count on one hand how many diaper rashes my kids had total. Wish it was sold in more stores.

I like EVERYTHING about this product. I used it on my own children 35 years ago and now my grandchildren use it.I love it. Never a diaper rash. Smells good, very soothing....

Best cream for sensitive kids
This is probably a miracle cream. We tried all products in the market when my daughter got her first bummy rash. We started with desitin which was recommended by everyone in my wife’s circle but it never worked for out lil one. My wife ordered this as an alternative to desitin and this worked like a wonder. Probably the best diaper cream in the market.
