Excellent hair growth supplement
I use this product as a hair supplement, and my eyelashes have grown longer and fuller. Matter fact, my hair everywhere has become fuller and thicker at 64. I’m having to shave my legs again side effect I don’t like but otherwise very effective product.

Still trying to tell if it works. Probably must take extended amount of time to see results. Just got another bottle and the capsules ingredients are much darker than my last order! Whats up with that? Although generally i find Nutricost products to be outstanding and reliable.

Haven't been using it that long.
I think Nutracost makes a quality product, but at this point I can't say if this is helping me or not as I haven't been using it that long.
