My husband and I absolutely love this tea! The variety pack is perfect for rotating flavors, and the price fits our budget. I first discovered it as a sample at my local beauty spa, and after trying just a few bags, I was hooked and ordered my own. Now, I have it on a subscription every 4–6 months through Amazon, and we’ve already gone through three boxes!Before this, I was a daily green tea drinker, but this tea has completely replaced most—if not all—of my other teas. The blend of green tea with fruity flavors is beautifully balanced. It’s not bitter like typical green tea can be if steeped too long, and the fruity notes are wonderfully aromatic.Although it’s recommended as a bedtime tea, I actually enjoy it most in the morning—hot, either plain or with a slice of lemon. I leave the tea bag in the cup the entire time and don’t add any sweeteners, as I prefer my teas unsweetened. Personally, I find that drinking it early helps curb my appetite throughout the day.Both my husband and I have noticed it helps with bloating and digestion. Within a few hours of drinking, the senna leaf starts working gently, promoting regularity. It’s definitely a “slimming” tea in the sense that it helps your body process food and eliminate waste more efficiently. My husband doesn’t drink it as often as I do, but he still really enjoys it.I highly recommend this tea for the price, taste, and its gentle effectiveness!

I got the pack with five flavors; raspberry, goji berry, blueberry, and pomegranate. All of them taste so delicious. I personally feel like you don't need any honey or extra sweetener because it just tastes like a nice hot cup of sweet fruit flavored tea. I feel it's very good quality tea. It's very easy to get the tea bag out without ripping it. They provide a little slit in the package and it peels all the way across so it's very easy to just open the package and take the tea bag right out. It says for you to let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, but I leave my tea bag in the whole time I'm drinking the tea. It is not overpowering and taste fantastic. I haven't tried it cold yet but I would imagine a nice tall glass of this tea with ice would be just as delicious as it is when it's hot. I just really enjoy the taste and feel it's very refreshing. I saw that some people mentioned bathroom problems and stomach when drinking this tea, however I have not experienced that at all. In fact I find that it helps with bloating.

I am a 34 yr old female, 171lbs. I don't take any medication, I'm overall pretty healthy. I eat healthy 80% now. Before I was eating 70% healthy. I exercise 4x a week. Mostly cardio and light resistance. I've had digestive issues ever since I had my son 6 years ago and it's because my diet drastically changed when I was pregnant, I gained 40+ lbs. I ate whatever I wanted, most of it was NOT nutrient dense. I've been trying to clean my act up for years but the first 2 years were tough. I've lost 30 lbs since he was born and have struggled with the last 15lbs. During this time I've had hard stools, irregular bowels, and lots of bloating. The first thing I did was start to add probiotic to my daily consumption, that helped. Now I'm using this tea hoping that it will really flush me out.I got the pineapple flavor. I really enjoy how this tea smells. It smells like sweet pineapple. You can taste the pineapple even before you sip it. But when you sip it, it is a little bitter with the senna and green tea. But you still get pineapple so I appreciate that.I've had it for 4 days. I normally drink it in the morning because I want to know how it will affect me. I steep it for 8+min. On the first day I had some cramping, gas relief, and it sent me to the bathroom a few hours later. It was a normal bowel movement, not lose or watery. The second day, no cramping but it did send me to the bathroom, a little looser this time but not watery. The third day, no cramping and no trips to the bathroom. On the fourth day I went to the bathroom 2x. Both normal but the second one required a little push. So I drank a second tea in the evening. It seems like the dose of Senna is low in this tea so I don't think it is unsafe to drink one every day. What gives me that impression is how it has affected me. Day 3 it didn't send me to the bathroom and I ate the same on all days but it sent me to the bathroom twice on the 4th day. The bloating I was experiencing on a daily basis is diminished, my tummy is a lot flatter than it was. So I will continue to drink it. I'll post again after day 7. Be your own judge. Every BODY is not created equal.

I just started this a couple weeks ago, and I love it! I haven’t been taking it regularly lately, so I have not seen much progress, but it really does the job and CLEANS you out! Going to the bathroom sucks with it, and the cramping is a little difficult since I am not used to it but I always feel so much better after. I feel less bloated and happier all around. I would recommend this to anyone needing something to help debloat and possibly lose some weight if taken regularly!I got the Açaí Berry flavor, and I mix it with sugar free raspberry syrup and it tastes so good! I try to drink it at night, so I can get all my business done in the morning. I think it is a really good price for as much as you get! I highly recommend!

I have been drinking this tea for years. It taste great and really helps things get moving. Be careful though, never drink more than one cup in a day. NEVER
