Decent vitamin; only 1 fair sized pill to swallow ... others 3-4 horse pills
This is a very good vitamin. Not as strong as others, but nonetheless, still good. For me, it aided in recovery, energy and endurance. Works well as a normal everyday daily vitamin supplement. Don't expect it to do more than it was meant to do.

One a day...
Fully loaded one a day vitamin with additional healthy additions such as mushrooms, make this the perfect vitamin to replace the multitude of single dose individual ones.Easy to swallow as they slide on down.

Doesn’t make me sick
I’ve been taking Nature’s Way Alive! (https://www.amazon.com/Natures-Way-Multivitamin-Potency-Food-Based/dp/B003UEJAQ8) ultra-potency vitamins for about a year now. They are jam-packed with all kinds of good stuff, including mushrooms and digestive enzymes, but they always make me sick after I take them at lunchtime. I’ve just gotten used to the fact that they are hard to swallow and make me unable to do anything for at least a few hours until I recover from feeling sick.I thought I would try these RSP multivitamins to see if there is a difference. It’s hard to compare the two formulations; the Alive! vitamins seem to have more of your standard everyday types of nutrients, but the question is how many of those are synthetic. The size of the RSP pills are about the same as the Alive! ones; if anything, the Alive! are thicker and harder to swallow. My first day of taking this vitamin instead of my usual vitamin, I have not gotten sick—knock on wood. I’ll keep taking these until the bottle is gone and report back if I do start feeling sick with them.A bottle of my Alive! vitamins lasts two months. The RSPs will last a month and a half, and the bottle costs almost twice as much as a bottle of Alive! vitamins do. But the fact that the RSPs are fermented may be why they aren’t making me sick—that and possibly that the formulation is less everything-but-the-kitchen-sink and more synergistic. I’m giving this four stars for now because of the price differential, but I’ll up it to five if I wind up feeling better taking them after a month.

Good multivitamin
This vitamin is better than others because it absorbs in your body easier and is super healthy, I definitely recommend these

Fermented vitamin easily absorbed
I like one-a-day vitamins. I look for vitamins that are real food-based ingredients. This vitamin checks those boxes. It has all of the basic vitamins. There are some of the vitamins that are a little low or just sufficient. One of the main benefits of this vitamin is that they are fermented vitamins. Fermented vitamins are thought to be more easily absorbed and better on your gut.One thing that bothers me is that there are only 45 tablets. I dislike when a bottle has an odd quantity. In addition, the cost is too high compared to other real food vitamins.Unfortunately, I think the cost and odd quantity puts this vitamin lower on my selection list when choosing my daily vitamins.

Solid multivitamin. My digestion has improved since starting this vitamin (4 weeks)
This is a somewhat pricey multivitamin, but I'm impressed with the ingredients list as well as how these vitamins are made.A lot of multivitamins upset my stomach. Not only does this multivitamin not upset my stomach, it's improved my digestion over the past several weeks.I've also noticed a VERY subtle uptick in my energy level. It's nothing more than a slight difference, but it is noticeable.Overall:I feel this is a solid multivitamin, and I plan to continue using it.4 stars

Above Average Multivitamin For Men
I've finished a full bottle and can confirm that this is an above-average multivitamin for men. For me it was easy to swallow/digest, but for my wife she couldn't get past the smell. I'd say the smell is slightly elevated vs. normal pills and I can understand her concern but it was not an issue for me. The pill is slightly larger, maybe two tylenol together is how I would describe it. Seemingly digested better in my stomach than most previous multivitamins I've taken - so considering this is one of their claims I would rate it as accurate. The fact they use 'fermented real foods' vs. processed powders is an interesting claim that I cannot independently verify, but I like the sentiment of it. Overall, I'm a fan and would consider getting it again.
