This is fully adjustable and well made, but depending on how sturdy your existing internal letter plate cover is you might want to order two. I got one initially, but there was so much flex if you pushed the letterplate cover from the outside, I added another.

Not finding my mailbox integrated in my UPVC door very safe, specially at night when your car keys can be taken using a fishing rod through the mail box, I decided to install this restrictor and I have to say that is brilliant. It is sturdy, comes with a rubber ring to not damage the flap and the fixings are painted in white so they blend with the colour of the door. The only con is that you have to remember to close it at night and open it in the morning, but that has nothing to do with the product, just how you use it.100% recommended.

Easy to install very sturdy and most of all it adds security to my letter box will stop annoying people trying to push things through it I don't want at night just have to remember to adjust it for the post man

I installed these on a letterbox so it can be shut during firework season. Easy install and locking and unlocking is simple and fast.

Simple but effective. Easy to install. Very sturdy. I might fit a second to the other side as my letter box flap isn’t as study as the restrictor. A tidier solution to a basket on the back of the door.
