What is the frame profile size? Also, are the corner connectors from plastic?

Hi Daniel, The size is 100cm X210cm but can be shortened to the Width/ Length required. The corner Conevtors are Alluminium and quite strong.

How is the door attached to the original door frame? it’s for a rental house so i can’t really drill holes in the upvc frame! 🙈

Hi I’ve not put this one together yet but it looks the same as my previous one I fitted mine to the external brickwork either side of the door with the hinges provided - this gave enough clearance for the entrance door handle so didn't push screen open when closed

Hi l purchased the mosquito stop 23665 insect protection/fly screen door but while l was putting it together one of the corners snapped product 18017

Were you using the recommended rubber mallet? If not using an ordinary hammer may result in unwanted breakages.

Does this swing shut independently?

It opens and closes just like a door, it has magnets to keep it closed but strangely no handle. However it is good quality and I would recommend it.
