It comes with water in it. It is a closed system. You don’t need to add water

Q: Can you turn the water feature off and on?

No. The water will dance with the music and when the music stops or pauses, the water will stop.

Q: Mine stopped working out of nowhere when I plug it in no sound comes out what do I do?

Try another outlet or sound system? You may have blown something from it being 2 loud. If that doesn't works just get a new one! Sorry if this doesn't helps..
