Hillman 370332 Ribbed Plastic Anchor, 12-14-16 X 1-1/2-Inch, Green, 50-Pack

Made of the right plastics and has the right features to make it work, doesn't bend in half yet soft enough to get a screw to bite in. Used to hold down metal railing into concrete steps. Carefully drilled holes and pounded in. The applied a dab of silicone sealer to the stainless screws and hand tightened - press down really hard as you don't want to the anchor to spin. These didnt spin due to tight correct size hole and good materials. Silicone helps keep the anchor from spinning but most importantly it keeps water out of the hole for those of us who see winter temperatures and freezing. Lowes has these but you only get four and they have non-stainless steel screws which I didnt want so getting a pack of these is the way to go. Good luck.

These are good wall anchors. Use the proper drill side and they work great. As an aside Hillman Group manufactures them. They also manufacture a wide array of small parts, fasteners, etc., all of VERY HIGH QUALITY. If you want to save a buck go elsewhere. If you want parts that will perform perfectly every time buy Hillman Group.

Went "in the hole" with this product It was"swell" after I screwed with it. It's easy to get attached with Hillman fasteners. Good commodity type product with consistant predictable quality supported by quick delivery and competetive price. Delivered for less than the cost of fuel for a store trip.

My husband used this to affix some window shutters that had been blown by strong wind. They worked very well and our shutters are more secure in place than before. Good product.

Used these to hang things regularly. They hold plenty of weight and don’t leave a mess when taking them out. Fitment with advertised bit is too tight so I make the hole slightly bigger by rounding bit with drill.

The top near the flange is not strong and folds when trying to insert it in a hole.

I had this in my cart for days - I kept thinking it was a sex toy. Had to finally purchase them just to not see them anymore. The anchors worked wonderfully, though, and are still doing their job.

These aren't made of high quality plastic, but they work well enough for what I need. I've put up several shelving units with them and they're all holding up very well.
